Plus Lunch On Monteagle Mountain At The Wonderful
Dutch Maid Baker Serving Delicious Food and Bakery Products Since 1902

DUTCH MAID BAKERY FOR LUNCH
The bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods that they make here at the Dutch Maid Bakery use the
same reliable mixers, ovens, and even recipes that John Baggenstoss used over 100 years ago.

These aren't processed cakes in plastic pouches. Everything they bake, they bake from scratch right here.

This means that you can enjoy their baked goods the same way someone might have enjoyed them 100
years ago. Whether you are trying one of their famous salt-rise breads or a chocolate eclair, you are
enjoying something special.

And now with new owners, they have opened a delicious restaurant next to the gift shop.
You will really enjoy this included lunch.

SEE ROCK CITY
Rock City will amaze you...it's in our nature! Located atop Lookout Mountain, just 6 miles from downtown
Chattanooga, Rock City is a true marvel of nature featuring massive ancient rock formations, gardens with
over 400 native plant species, and breathtaking "See 7 States" panoramic views. Take an unforgettable
journey along the Enchanted Trail where each step reveals natural beauty and wonders along the
woodland path. Experience the magic of Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village, and their gift shops

MISSIONARY RIDGE TRAIN RIDE
Our trip begins at the Grand Junction Station and we will travel along one of the original railroad lines in
Chattanooga, crossing four bridges and passing through pre-Civil War Missionary Ridge Tunnel, which
was completed in 1858. The train stops at East Chattanooga, allowing riders to see the locomotive rotating
on a turntable and participate in a tour into the railroad restoration shop
before re-boarding for the return trip.

TENNESSEE AQUARIUM
Located on the banks of the Tennessee River, a visit to the Tennessee Aquarium traces water’s
remarkable journey from the mountains to the sea. Along the way, you’ll encounter amazing animals. See
for yourself why visitors rate it as the No. 1 Aquarium in the country for guest satisfaction.

IMAX THEATER
Amazon Adventure tells the epic, true story of explorer Henry Bates’ fascinating 11-year journey through
the visually stunning and biodiverse Amazon rainforest as a young man who risks his life for science in the
1850’s.

BEA’S LAZY SUSAN RESTAURANT
Reminiscent of the 1940’s and 1950’s this restaurant is one of the few Lazy Susans still in operation.   In
business since the 40’s you will definitely enjoy the “home style” cooking.

We'll leave Camden from the Wal-Mart parking lot Tuesday morning lot all "bright-eyed & bushy tailed" and
ready for excitement. After our Dutch Maid lunch stop, we'll arrive at Rock City to begin our tour.

We'll head back toward Camden Thursday afternoon around 5 p.m..
