Carnival Cruise Line “Triumph ” Luxury Cruise Ship
Plus, MEALS & ENTERTAINMENT ARE INCLUDED on board.
Take a look at these numbers. The Triumph can accommodate over 2,800 guests and their crew size is
about 1,200. That averages out to about one employee for nearly every two guests. You’ve always heard
how you are “pampered” on board a cruise ship. Let us prove it to you with this one.
This beautiful cruise ship is one of my favorites and it features all of the latest luxury and comfort, and we’
re guaranteed 15 outside ocean-view cabins. The Carnival Triumph features some of the best possible
amenities in today’s luxury liners. Pools, hot tubs, spa & fitness center, jogging and walking trails, golf
driving net, tennis and volleyball courts, outdoor chess, internet café, library, Las Vegas style
entertainment, a casino and shopping galore at the onboard shopping center. There’s so much to do on
board, it’s hard to leave the ship when we reach port.
If you like to eat, you’ll find restaurants at every turn.
And, your meals and snacks are included in your tour price.
One special restaurant on the Triumph is TV personality Guy Fieri Guy’s Burger Shack. You’ve just got to
eat there at least once. It is wonderful. You know Guy….he’s the guy with the funny hair.
In addition to visiting –2- exotic ports in the Western Caribbean we’ll enjoy our “at sea” days where you
can sit back and relax, go to the pool, shop their many on board shops or
just eat and taste test all over the ship.
In Cozumel you can snorkel along legendary coral reefs, relax on the never-crowded beaches, and find
great bargains on handicrafts and silver jewelry. You can also take an optional excursion to ancient
Mayan ruins on the mainland.
This is the first time we’ve included the beautiful port of Progreso. Progreso is a port city on Mexico’s
Yucatan Peninsula. It’s a common stop for cruise ships, which dock at its landmark long pier. An
oceanfront promenade, the Malecon, is lined with beaches and thatched-roofed restaurants. The Faro de
Puerto Rico Progreso, built in 1893, is an active lighthouse. The city is a gateway to the inland Mayan
archaeological sites of Chichen Itza, Uxmal and Dzibilchaltun. Many exciting optional shore excursions are
available at this new port we’re stopping at this year.
We’ll Leave Camden and travel by motor coach to New Orleans on Friday, January 5th
to overnight in preparation for our Saturday Noon boarding of our beautiful cruise ship.
We will return to Camden Thursday evening the following week.
